Soul Flow- The Reset; is a chance to "re-set" the tone and ground back after a busy holiday season while making space for the year to come! Soul flow is a whimsical, fun and intentional vinyasa class with the goal of helping you uncover your truest self, connect with it and let it shine! This class will be sweet, chill, juicy and catered to all levels! You will have the chance to breathe, create heat, unwind and restore while the lovely Kara Mckee serenades us creating a vibe you do NOT want to miss!

This intimate event is created for everyone. Our hope is to satisfy all your senses and create a warm intimate experience that nourishes the soul!
